The Korean street address plate introduced in 2014, replacing an address system based on land parcels.
Gives a building's address by road name and number.

Replaced the jibeon system, in which an address named a land parcel and numbers followed the order of registration rather than position along a street; the change took two decades and the old numbers are still in use for land registration, so two address systems describe the same building for different purposes.
