Denotes the intertidal mudflats of the Korean west coast on a topographic map, drawn between a high and a low water line.
Covers an unusually large proportion of the Korean west coast, where the tidal range reaches nine metres and the flats extend kilometres offshore; a Korean coastal sheet without two shorelines would misrepresent the coast by more than its own margin of error.
