In ISO 1219 fluid power diagrams a pilot-operated check valve is a check valve drawn inside a dashed box with a pilot line, allowing reverse flow to be permitted deliberately when pressure is applied.
Denotes a check valve that can be held open by pilot pressure, permitting flow in the normally blocked direction.
